In order to safeguard all tenants and landlords before moving in you will need to provide the following:

1. One months rent as deposit;

2. One months rent in advance;

3. Sign and return a hard copy of the forms below.

4. Provide proof of ID (passport photocopy plus National Insurance number (for UK residents) or equivalent if from abroad.


WARNING
(This warning will apply to a minority of prospective tenants). 

The owners of these properties are very fair. If you have a problem they are always willing to talk to you. However, if you attempt to leave the property without paying your rent or deliberately damage the property appropriate legal action is always taken. If you do not pay your last months rent legal proceedings will be issued. This may involve a private prosecution and civil proceedings being brought for recovery of rent. This is only fair and allows us to keep rents at a fair rate for everyone.
If you intend to rent from us and cannot or do not want to pay your rent please save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
